Before We Open: $20.00/hr (20–30 hours/week) while we prep for the big launch.

Once Doors Open: Unlimited earning potential with a 50% commission on your services and a 50% split on your retail sales profits.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of talented stylists to deliver exceptional haircuts and grooming services

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and an outstanding client experience

• Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and sales

• Foster a positive and energetic work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement

• Drive salon performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and business goals

• Oversee training and development programs to enhance the skills and career growth of your team

• Implement and uphold Knockouts' standards, policies, and procedures
