Support the Manager in leading and motivating a team of talented stylists to deliver exceptional haircuts and grooming services
Assist in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and an outstanding client experience
Help manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and sales
Contribute to fostering a positive and energetic work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement
Assist in driving salon performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and business goals
Participate in training and development programs to enhance the skills and career growth of the team
Uphold and implement Knockouts' standards, policies, and procedures
Promote Knockouts' signature experience and hero products

Requirements
Hair Cutting: 1 year (Required)
Cosmetology License (Required)
Barbers Welcome To Apply
Retail Sales (Preferred)

Proven experience in a salon or retail supervisory role
Valid cosmetology or barber license license
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to support and lead a team
